for example: spotting value in something before the world deems it so

instead of chasing what the population has already validated
and paying premium prices for peak perception,
wanting what the market wants is no fun, and gives the late mover's returns...
figure out how to have conviction in patters BEFORE they fully emerge

have conviction in people before they are a already succesful series A founder

see the glimmer from the single speck of glitter before it becomes a spotlight

But don't we all wish early investment could be such a simple vibe check

I think exponential returns are exactly that...believing instead of betting

relationships compound

humans compound

taste compounds

these things compound because of the trust/faith we put in the people and things we back early on

seeing Δ in ourselves is the most underutilized early investment
I think our greats are who they are because they just did more

we are no longer in a world where we need to play a consensus game with yourself, and others
build a balance sheet and start filling it with ideas,
moments that feel a bit early and at times even the ones that feel a bit too late
